1 – Start by evaluating your self-esteem right now. If you have already taken the test, continue to the audio sessions.
2 – Read the Book or listen to the Audiobook
You can also listen to the summary of the Method in the 9 audio sessions.
3 – Start doing Good Actions and keep track of your progress by using the RISE mobile app workbook. Do not forget to check your daily results as well as your last 10-days results.
After 10 days, you should be ale to spot and do Good Actions easily. If so, then move to “Step 2” and “Step 3” of the Method as explained in the Book/audiobook.
